This Is The “Top Post”!

by admin on August 11, 2009

I wasn’t sure that it was completely clear to our visitors from Matthew Paul Turner’s Jesus Needs New PR site what the “top post” might be…

So….THIS IS IT!

Welcome to BecomeOneFlesh.com!

Please consider becoming a fan on our Facebook Fan Page and follow us on Twitter.

Our goal is to build the largest “virtual community” of Christian married people that are not afraid to be “pro sex” and are committed to learning how to best “become one flesh” with their spouse…in…and out out of the bedroom!

Since you are stuck leaving a comment anyhow (trying to get a freebie, huh?)…please take a second to let us know what you think would be nice or cool to see in this site/community as we move forward.

What would be helpful or useful to you in your marriage?

What are the biggest struggles you encounter that we might be able to help you with?

Again…thanks for stopping by.

Robert

Are we still doing this? have you guys not picked a winner yet?

cause i'd totally love to win…

useful things… what does it look like to model a healthy sexuality to your kids, especially as they get older, that doesn't end up scarring them forever?

biggest struggles..hmm… for me it has been my wife's health. While she loves sex, she is not always physically able to engage in the activity. As a result, I've had to "curb" my sex drive to match her's…Don't get me wrong, I think that this is what any good husband SHOULD do. But it does get hard sometimes… =/

Anyway, this is the first I've heard of your ministry so I look forward to browsing your site and seeing what happens. =/

My husband and I have been married just shy of 6 years. Believe it or not, we have our 5th child on the way, which means our oldest is only 4! It would be great to get ideas on how to be creative with our time, as there is not much of it. Also, my husband is a new believer. Getting a clear picture of what is "pure" and what is not would be helpful to us both. And advice on how to overcom inhibition and insecurity would be awesome. I think your products would be a much needed and appreciated blessing to our marriage. Thanks for the oppertunity!

My wife and I have been out of commission for a few months due to her pregnancy. Our little guy is due in the next couple of weeks, and we are looking forward to reconnecting. Winning these books would certainly help.

Great stuff, and WAY overdue, in my opinion! I have been studying human sexuality from a biblical point of view for about six years, and I have to say that what we "Christians" sometimes call "impure" simply isn't, and what we call "pure" may not be. Reminds me of Isaiah 5:20, which states, "Woe to him who calls evil good and good evil…" Human sexuality isn't just a "gift" from God to be appreciated – there's something unique about sex that links us with an encounter with the Living God. Simply put: sex is divine.

Keep up the good work! I'll be back for more.

I'm glad I wandered away from Matthew's blog just long enough to find the "top post" and maybe win some great books. I used to be married and hope to be married again. In the meantime, I've got time to read… Thanks for the opportunity to learn more.

39 Aaron August 11, 2009 at 5:29 pm

I'm glad I found this community. Secular sex books can be helpful but seem to have a lot of misinformation or inapplicable information – I'm looking forward to what the "Christian Sexpert" has to offer in terms of wisdom and advice. I'd love to see something geared towards folks who actually waited for marriage, and were thus totally unprepared. Other useful information/support would be for a spouse who waited and married somebody who didn't – how do you handle the jealousy, how do you deal with the unmet expectations of the more experienced partner? General tips/techniques for spicing things up while keeping it Godly would be great as well (yes/no pornography in the bedroom, fulfilling a spouse's fantasies, what's going too far, etc…)

40 Bill August 11, 2009 at 4:47 pm

Woohoo! I found it! I hope things go my way and I get the wicked awesome materials you guys are giving away! Thanks a million for giving one of us a chance for a freebie!

41 Jeff August 11, 2009 at 4:42 pm
